Standard Delivery Method
All products are delivered by courier UPS, DPD or DHL: the products “IN STOCK” will be dispatched within 3-10 working days from the payment plus the necessary time to prepare the order. If the product is on backorder, it will usually take 14 days delivery time plus a few days IF available from our supplier. Tracking information will be sent to customer as soon as available. In a few instances it may take longer and we will always inform customers of waiting time of backorder/ sold out items.

When ordering a product from THAITSUKI the production of the katana will start when you make the order and can take from 1-6 months before shipping. please be aware of this waiting period before ordering.

VAT for EU countries is included at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any additional local duties or fees, and should check these prior to ordering.

Orders with products longer than 120cm can take 1-2 working days longer for delivery.
Deliveries are generally between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.

All of our orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in countries within the EU. The customer may receive several packages if the order contains many different items from different suppliers.

Returning items

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Before doing so you MUST contact us by email and send pictures and an explanation of what you are not satisfied with within 24 hours of receiving the order. Then you will be given a return number by email, and then you can return the product. You can choose between a refund, or exchange. Return delivery postage will not be refunded.

Please make sure to enclose a copy of the original invoice when returning an item. When returning a faulty item, please enclose a brief description of the defect and state as to whether you would like a refund, an exchange item or receive store credit.
